RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Products such as blank ammunition, trauma, CO2 capsules, pellets, diabolos, among others, cannot be returned. This only applies to orders placed for these products. Another type of order that includes ammunition material if they must be returned in full.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after shipment.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missed refunds (where applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@armicaza.co and send the item to: Calle 10 No. 37a - 61 Of. 4001, Bogotá, DC, Colombia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to: Calle 10 No. 37a - 61 Of. 4001, Bogotá, DC, Colombia.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
